A Film about Willie Campbell.
Willie Campbell began his musical career with the 90's band Astrid. On the cusp of great things suddenly everything imploded. But that wasn't the biggest of Willie's problems - he had a hill to climb ahead of him. This is a very honest touching film that tells Willie's story from his beginnings in the Island of Lewis, heading to the bright lights of Glasgow and having to return home having lost everything. It looks at how his life is today and the music he is creating and follows him to Nashville to collaborate with some writers there. And it also is also a small homage to the incredible wide-ranging music scene and creative energy that exists in the isle of Lewis today.
